Autobiography 

 

This is my fourth year as an educator and the first year in my current role as the Educational Technology Specialist for a private Catholic school located in Howard County, Maryland. My duties as Ed Tech Specialist include technology instruction for students in grades Kindergarten - 8th. 

 

Prior to beginning my position at this school, I was a classroom teacher in the Baltimore City Public School district in grades 2-4, all content areas. 

 

In Fall 2015, I will complete my M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland University College. This capstone project is the culminating project for my degree program and serves as a portfolio of my applied learning. 

 

I currently live in Catonsville, Maryland with my husband and three children. We are avid sports fans and love the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Redskins. In my spare time, I enjoy unwinding at the art studio where I complete stained glass art pieces.
